These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website theonezeroeight.com (the “Site”) and any purchases of products offered by The One Zero Eight (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Account

2. Orders, Acceptance & Availability

  1. All orders are offers to buy Products. We may accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors).

  2. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Products and send a shipping confirmation.

  3. Products, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities per order, per customer, or per household.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  2. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us promptly about any issues.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  1. We do not accept any returns, process refunds or exchanges.

7. Product Information & Colors

We aim to display product details accurately. Actual colors and finishes may vary due to device displays, lighting, and materials. Sizing information is approximate; consult our size guide or contact us for help.

8. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Promotions are subject to their own terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes are single‑use unless stated and may not be combined. Gift cards/store credit are non‑refundable and not redeemable for cash except as required by law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) violate laws; (b) infringe IP, privacy, or publicity rights; (c) post harmful, misleading, or illegal content; (d) interfere with the Site (e.g., malware, scraping, reverse engineering, rate‑limiting bypass); or (e) use the Site for commercial resale without our consent.

10. User Content (Reviews, Photos, Social Tags)

If you submit or tag content referencing our brand or Products, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Site, social channels, and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent you own or control the rights to your content.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.

  2. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Miscellaneous

  1. Severability. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

  4. Entire Agreement. These Terms (plus policies referenced) form the entire agreement regarding the Site and Products.
